A-level Chemistry attempts to answer the big question ‘What is the world made of?’. It’s the search for thisanswer that makes Chemistry so fascinating. How will it be delivered and assessed?
Students will take A Level examinations during the summer of Y13. In addition, there will be the opportunity to earn a practical skills endorsement over the two years.
Entry requirements
As well as our general entry requirements for A level study, you’ll need to achieve a minimum of Grade 6/6 in Combined Sciences or 6 in GCSE Chemistry, and you must have a minimum Grade 6 in GCSE Maths is desirable.
