Customer service in travel and tourism– Learn how to deliver exceptional customer experiences across various travel and tourism settings. The UK travel and tourism industry– Gain insight into the structure, scale, and economic impact of the UK’s travel and tourism sector. Your tutor will then support choices within the following optional units to suit student aspirations, these include:
- Tourism in a popular UK region– Explore the attractions, visitor trends, and tourism management in a well-known UK destination
- Know about airports and airlines– Understand the operations, roles, and customer service standards within airport and airline environments

Cabin Crew

Entry requirements
