ER PfA Outcomes Guide - Primary

These guides set out practical, age‑appropriate outcomes linked to the four PfA areas. They support conversations between families, schools, settings and professionals. Suggested age ranges are flexible and can be adapted depending on the needs of the individual child or young person.

What's it all about?

These outcome guides have been designed for every child and young person. If you have/are a child or young person with special education needs and disability (SEND), you should discuss PfA within termly support plans and for those with an Education and Health Care Plans (EHC Plan) and Annual Review.
