About the SEND section
SEND
Special educational needs and disability is often called SEND.
This section of the website covers many choices that might help a young person with SEND when leaving school and taking the next step. Moving onto the next stage is often called 'transition'.
You should still use the other pages on the website as there will be lots of useful information for you there too. The web pages in the SEND section are designed to give a bit of extra SEND information.

Your options might be:

- Supported employment.
- Volunteering.
