The course sees students analyse America between the end of slavery and the middle of the Cold War, and the many changes Britain faced post-WW2 up to 2007.

This course is assessed through 2 examinations at the end of the course, and 1 piece of independent coursework on either the Tudors or the Norman Conquest.
