How Will it be Delivered?
The course will be delivered through teacher led lessons, practical investigations, problem solving practice and independent study. Students’ progress will be monitored through regular assessment and independent learning. This is monitored throughout the course.
Assessment:
A level biology is assessed by three exam papers at the end of year 13. Marks are divided equally between the three. Topics are split between paper 1 and paper 2. Paper 3 will examine practical techniques, critical analysis of data as well as a longer essay question.

Five grade 5s in your GCSEs.
