In house training run by the Garden Products staff team
Course Details
4 areas that you will cover are:
1) Healthy & safety - PPE and use of equipment.
2) Competency checks - on equipment including hand tools.
3) Customer services - customer service and helping with orders
4) Work ethic - punctuality, team work & communication.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Through practical 1-1 work with your employment support trainer, discussions and observations.
