Course Details

We have a dedicated Employment Support Team who offer support, training and guidance help you overcome any barriers and help you to get the job you want.

Supported by National Lottery Community funding, we have developed a programme called the Ongo Journey to Work, which is a step by step journey from assessing your needs to developing the right training programme for you and finally finding a work placement for you.

Our experienced employment officers will help you whether you've recently become unemployed, not worked for a long time or if you are looking for work for the first time.

We offer a range of training opportunities in conjunction with our partners North Lindsey College for example:

We also offer opportunities to gain work experience and volunteer on our Bike project and Growing and Learning project as a first step to increasing your employability skills.
