Course Summary
This course builds on the Level One NVQ in Performing Engineering Operations (Electrical) programme. It will allow learners to gain an understanding of how to work as an electrician, using the industry standard tools, machinery and equipment that electricians use.

How will it be delivered and assessed?
Each unit of study contains a list of tasks or competencies that have to be successfully completed to the required standard. These tasks can be assessed in a number of different ways such as being observed by a qualified assessor or checked via relevant written work in a logbook. You will complete a substantial portfolio of evidence of work during the course that will consist of practical exercises, logbook entries, photographic evidence.
