East Riding College is now offering courses on hybrid electric vehicles which were developed by the IMI, in consultation with Honda, Toyota and BMW. This is a single unit qualification for those people requiring a knowledge of hybrid vehicle technology, this award is designed for technicians who maintain and repair hybrid technology vehicles, but not the hybrid system itself.
