Course Summary
In house training in the gardens, trained by the Greenfinger's team.
Course Details
4 areas you will be trained in are:
1) Health & safety - PPE and use of equipment.
2) Competency checks - practical skills such as pruning, watering, planting, potting and plant care
3) Customer service - cash handling and speaking to customers.
4) Work ethic - punctuality, team work and motivation.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Through 1-1 work with your employment support trainer during practical work, discussions and observations.
Entry requirements
1) 18+
2) Registered learning disability
3) East Riding funded / living in the East Riding.
