Course Summary
Level 2
The Level 2 Award is ideal if you are already working in welding and fabrication industries and are looking to develop your skills further, to increase your responsibilities and knowledge.
The training also provides welding personnel with the skills required for Welder Approval Test Certificate to BS EN4872 where welding procedure approval is not required. Ideal for maintenance or occasional welding requirements, and demonstrates welds are a sound quality (BS EN4872 will incur Additional test fee if required).
How will it be delivered and assessed?
To gain a qualification you must successfully complete a number of practical assignments and an oral knowledge test for each unit.
