If you're interested in getting into Hull's thriving creative sector, then the Goodwin Development Trust's Create to Change Programme may be for you....
Create to change provides individuals with hands-on work experience within local small-to-medium enterprises within the creative industry, which gives them the opportunity to develop their skills and explore career opportunities.
Course Details
Every learner has their own key worker who works with them to create a holistic personalised programme. Conducting regular reviews and helping explore opportunities for progression is just a small part of what we do. Additional one-to-one support in a variety of areas not limited to mental health, housing and other areas, are what makes the project successful.
Currently, we are providing one-to-one support to all learners as well as new potential Create to Change candidates, as well as online social groups focusing on well-being.
We are also currently in the process of conducting an online three-week induction, where we will work with the individuals and our local businesses, to continue giving all involved a positive hands-on experience.
Goodwin Development Trust are an organisation committed to improving the quality of life within the communities of Hull. We help by identifying and addressing the needs of the local people and by working in partnership with public, private and third sector organisations. Within the induction we will cover team building, workplace expectations, applications and opportunities available through our local businesses and the creative sector.
