Course Summary
This course runs in house and is trained by The RouTEs kitchen team.
Course Details
4 areas that the vocational profile trains in are:
1) Health & safety - PPE, Cleaning, colour coded equipment, hand washing.
2) Competency checks - on allergens, equipment food waste/storage.
3) Customer service - using the till, speaking to customers, waitress/waiter service.
4) Work ethic - punctuality, team work, motivation.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Through 1-1 work with your employment support training doing practical work and having discussions and observations through out.
Entry requirements
1) 18 +
2) Registered learning disability
3) East Riding funded / living in the East Riding
