Building Better Opportunities (BBO) is a personalised programme that supports people aged 25+ to overcome barriers to accessing employment, education and training.
Course Details
Experienced Key Workers offer 121 support to those who are struggling with complex needs, including issues around mental health, help to increase self-confidence, tackle social exclusion, help with finances and debts, support with housing and tenancy issues, health problems, substance misuse, support to improve local knowledge and community engagement and help with personal resilience to assist with a balanced life.
Key Workers work in partnership with a number of different delivery partners and will offer support to gain work experience, qualifications, and help to move in to employment education or training.
