Do you live in Hull? Are you currently unemployed or not in any other education or training?

If you're looking for employment or education but not sure where to start...then the Achieve Project at The Warren may be for you....

Achieve is a bespoke progression project: designed to help you get where you would like to be. We are a project with a difference: helping you figure out your goals, build your confidence, obtain qualifications and find your next step. Whether you want to get into college or higher education, complete a Traineeship or paid Apprenticeship, or just get into employment, Achieve can help you get there.

We also offer help with CV-writing and building, interview skills, free and funded courses to build your skills, Information and Guidance and a whole host of fun, exciting team-building activities, depending on what you’d like to do. We can work however suits your needs and help you overcome any barriers to finding your next step through a variety of wrap-around support.

Course Details

Achieve offers:

-One-to-one support with a mentor to help you find your goals,

-Individual or group support,

-CV-writing and building,

-Employability support: finding and applying for roles,

-A variety of employment and training opportunities with immediate starts,

-Interview skills training (both individual and group settings)

-Over 50 funded courses, both hands on training and E-learning,

-Confidence building, guidance and whatever support you need,

-Specialist group support for young carers, LGBT, young parents and many more,

-A wide range of skill building workshops and sessions such as life skills.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

This will be discussed with you and agreed depending on your individual needs.

Entry requirements

To work with Achieve, you must be:

-Aged 16-29,

-In a HU1 – HU9 postcode
