Join Centrica Energy Storage+ as a Business Assurance Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting business improvement, governance, reporting and change initiatives within a major energy organisation. Working as part of the Business Assurance Centre of Excellence, you'll learn how different parts of the business operate while developing practical skills in business analysis and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll support a variety of day-to-day activities, including coordinating and improving business processes, maintaining business documentation and knowledge records, and assisting with project and governance activities. You'll work with colleagues from different teams across the organisation, helping to ensure information is accurate, organised and accessible.

You'll also help produce reports, dashboards and performance information, analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to projects that support business change and transformation. This is a varied role that offers exposure to governance, reporting, data analysis, project support, process improvement and knowledge management, providing a strong foundation for a future career in business analysis, project management or operational excellence.

Alongside your workplace experience, you'll work towards a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship, applying your learning to real business assurance and improvement projects while developing valuable professional and transferable skills.
